Axa requested a modern retail strategy and creative strategy to transform the AXA Experience Center at the AXA building in Singapore.

More to it: 

The proposal went beyond brick-and-mortar using findings on customer research and current experience trends, it re-thinks current customer engagements at the Experience Center. It focus on digitalizing parts of AXA customer services and experiences.
